Tezcom recognizes the importance of prototyping and places it at the heart of our business. After each round of design updates in the product development process, we create physical prototypes for physical testing and evaluate the design concept, form testing and function so that everything works as intended.
Our expert designers will guide you every step of the way and give you tips and critical analysis, which will help you make the best decision and move forward with the right design for your product. This will allow you to fully understand your design before committing to your production costs and helps you in solving problems, without having to purchase material in profitable quantities.
Our service prototyping aims to replicate the final experience with the service as closely as possible, testing and validating all design choices. The complexity of modeling is that it exists only after the service has been provided, and when testing the experience of using a particular touchpoint (such as a mobile application), the overall approach of its various components may be relative. It is always difficult to validate service (especially when there is physical location or interaction with service personnel). The more a service is spread across different touchpoints, the more service prototypes need to be scaled up to follow along with the story. Points of contact can be drawn with varying levels of accuracy, but at this level, they are usually well defined.
